Malman floats are hand built by myself, Gareth Malham, using the highest quality materials. Designs are produced in conjunction with some of the country's top anglers to meet the demands of modern match fishing. Emphasis is placed on both strength and sensitivity. All floats are available on-line from this website. Payments are through paypal and set-up with stock management so you will only be buying floats that are in stock and available and you don't need a paypal account just click pay with card at the checkout, if you are having any problems with the payment system don't hesitate to ring me and if you can't get by with it I can accept payments by cheque. I am unable to take card payments over the phone at this time.
Deliverys/postage- Delivery is £3.00 for orders up to £40 and £5.50 for orders over £40. Orders are usually sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with all orders made up to 9am on that day posted. Postage is by 1st class recorded and special delivery for orders over £40.
IMPORTANT- When ordering please ensure your postal address is correct. I will no longer post to any address other than that given on the paypal order. If you make a mistake and pay with the wrong address then contact me promptly by telephone leaving a message or text and the order will be refunded. All orders sent to the wrong address and returned will be refunded minus postage costs. I cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to wrong addresses that are not recovered.
Malman pole floats are now split into two categories: carp and finesse.
Carp floats: For carp fishing where strength is paramount. Constructed from a new high destiny closed-cell polyurethane foam which has extraordinary strength making them almost crush proof and virtually indestructible in all fishing situations. Side eyes are held firmly in place by this foam dramatically reducing the risk of pulled eyes and its closed-cell nature means they will never take on any water with accurate shotting across the range. All carp floats feature hollow tips with the stems running into them for maximum strength.
Finesse floats: For small carp, F1's and silvers where sensitivity matters. Constructed where appropriate from the highest quality lightweight balsa for a smaller body size than the power floats. Balsa is triple dipped in varnish and sealer to ensure no water can enter the body whilst giving additional strength to side eyes.
